Our primary focus is maintenance and prevention. Through certified products and proactive maintenance strategies, we work to stop road decay before it takes hold — protecting surfaces from the gradual deterioration that, left unchecked, leads to costly intervention.

Where a surface has deteriorated beyond preventative treatment, reconstruction or resurfacing remains available as a last resort — and it is a service we are fully equipped to deliver. For selected small- to medium-scale projects, we also provide supporting works such as compacting, sub-soil drainage and water reticulation.

Tarco Rejuvenator-CSB is at the heart of our preventative maintenance philosophy. Our Agrément (CSIR) certified rejuvenator is the only specialised certified product of its kind on the African continent, providing a proven solution for extending the life and performance of existing road surfaces without the need for tear-up and replacement.

Tarco Rejuvenator-CSB restores the surface’s ductility, allowing it to flex under traffic loads rather than becoming brittle and cracking. At the same time, it seals micro-cracks within the road surface, helping prevent water from penetrating into and damaging the underlying layers. Applied every five years, it helps restore and reset the life of the surface before deterioration takes hold, interrupting the gradual decay that can ultimately lead to costly resurfacing. With a proven track record spanning more than 15 years, this preventative approach can save clients up to 80% of future road repair costs.
